What is the Early Review and Authorization to Proceed (ERAP)?
The Central Sacramento County Groundwater Forum completed an ERAP document in 2004. The ERAP provided information about the CSCGF, highlighted current water issues within the central Sacramento area and was intended to solicit stakeholder and community input on the draft CSCGF Agreements-in-Principle contained within. Additionally, the ERAP sought to obtain the approval of stakeholders to proceed with further discussion and negotiation.
