GROUNDWATER FORUM
INTEREST AND ISSUES STATEMENTS
The Interest Groups participating in the Central Sacramento County Groundwater Forum developed the following statements as part of the Educational Phase of this process. Forum participants representing very diverse constituencies identified the issues and concerns that would need to be addressed as part of a successful groundwater Forum solution.
It is important to note that Issues and Interests sometimes change over time as groups participating in a collaborative negotiation learn more about the concerns of others at the table. The formal Negotiation Phase of the Groundwater Forum Process will begin in November 2002.
